1.The product adopts numerical control operating system, human-machine interface adopts 8-inch color LCD display, can design a simple LCD screen independently, use LCD display editing system, easy to learn, and can choose PC screen to display editing software, which is convenient for supervisors or inspection procedures; 2.Through the computer RS232 interface, the program can be transmitted and executed by the PC, or directly transmitted via USB.
3.The clamping adopts hydraulic double-opening vise, which is convenient for clamping and high repeat positioning accuracy. Cooling and vise can move with the workpiece at the same time.
4.Double-tracking mode tapping, perfect screw thread, accurate tooth depth control and fast speed.
5.The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed protective cover, which is easy to operate and has good waterproof effect and safety.
6.Each sliding surface uses automatic lubrication pump device to ensure the service life of the machine tool.
