CNC grinding machines are suitable for grinding products such as cast iron and cast steel, and can meet different grinding needs. It mainly consists of a large diamond grinding wheel spindle, a small grinding spindle head, a mechanical arm, a column, a workpiece clamping mechanism, a rotary exchange workbench, a cylinder auxiliary support device, and a machine base.
Workflow: Place the workpiece in the clamping station of the rotary exchange workbench and start it. The rotary exchange workbench rotates 180 degrees to the loading and unloading station of the mechanical arm. The mechanical arm takes off the workpiece and grasps it for grinding according to the set program. After grinding is completed, the mechanical arm places the workpiece in the clamping position of the mechanical arm of the rotary workbench. The workbench rotates 180 degrees again, manually takes out the finished product, and then puts it into the blank part for a new round of processing.
Technical features: The control system adopts a CNC system, fully enclosed processing, and external dust removal pipelines can be connected to reduce dust and noise during processing. The clamping station is equipped with a light curtain for high safety. The feeding station of the rotary exchange workbench has a cylinder auxiliary support device, which supports the weight of the workbench by the accessories, ensuring even force on the two workstations, preventing the single side of the rotary exchange workstation reducer from bearing the weight of the workpiece, balancing the force, and extending the service life.
