Complete full pre-shift inspections before startup: Check sufficient lubricant volume in lubrication systems and add lubricating oil per specifications; fasten all connecting parts and confirm operating handles return to zero; test sensitive operation of air valves and inspect pipeline air leakage; open main air valves and drain accumulated water from pipelines. Operators must be familiar with mechanical structures, electrical control systems, operation procedures and lubrication points. Do not conduct no-load idle test runs; load test to confirm all actions function normally before formal production.
Observe equipment conditions continuously during operation. Clear molding sand on operating parts with compressed air, and avoid sand accumulation on lubrication positions causing abnormal wear. Clean floating sand on workbenches after each molding cycle before launching the next round. Operate air valves and handles gently and smoothly. Reset all operating handles to zero after daily production, close air circuit valves and thoroughly clean the whole machine; replenish lubrication for sliding and rotating friction parts and properly store molds and tools.
Forbid irrelevant personnel from approaching operating areas, and never dismantle equipment safety guards arbitrarily. Foundries feature high personnel mobility, so regular safety training shall be conducted. Operators must strictly follow operating procedures to prevent safety risks such as extrusion, impact and high-pressure air injury, ensuring continuous stable safe production in workshops.
