·This equipment is a device that breaks up the molding sand through rotation and collision to separate the product blanks. It is widely used in auto parts valves, hardware bathrooms, faucets, cast iron, cast copper and other fields;
·The drum sand cleaning machine is mainly composed of material truck elevator, sand cleaning drum, vibrating screen, and conveyor belt. Implementing automation of material lifting dumping, tumbling, discharging, fine sand collection and metal fragment screening, replacing workers' heavy physical labor.
·The outside of the drum is designed with a fully enclosed sheet metal seal, and has a silencer and dust removal pipe connection design, which is environmentally friendly.
·The pit-free trailer-type elevator feeding method is adopted. The material truck is directly hung on the elevator. It is manually controlled. The material truck automatically flips and empties the material when it rises, which can can avoid secondary dust during material transfer. It is easy to operate and operates safely and stably.
