Efficient Rotator Sand Mixer

1.Adopt foreign advanced design, configure high-efficiency high-speed rotor to improve the effect of bentonite, special gear transmission, high effective power and reduce energy consumption;
2.Ceramic wear-resistant bottom plate, ceramic wear-resistant side plate, cast iron finishing chassis, fully machined cylinder wall and central bearing chamber;
3.The double S-shaped bottom scraper and the bottom scraper have a small gap with the side plate (no hard lumps and no delamination in sand mixing);
4.Equipped with imported bearings, YG8 welding alloy cutter head and carbide alloy surfacing material for long service life;
5.Metered addition of used sand, new sand, auxiliary materials and water.
