1.Direction for use
The wet core's production is relatively complicated, we should put sand and curing agent into the sand mixing machine to stirring(quartz sand:resin:curing agent=50:1:0.2).A sand mixing machine can meet the needs of 6 sand core machines. Note:We should run out of the mix sand that day,otherwise it will scrapped the second day.
2.Sand Mixer Machine Features
A.Used for mixing resin curing agent and sand etc.
B.Turn on and turn off easily,and power failure.
C.Production efficiency: a mixing time of only 10 to 40 seconds, easy to pour the core sand.
D.Low production cost: according to the batch size, with the use of random, resin curing agent with a small amount, mixing process even without dead ends, not residual head sand tailings too.
E.Easy to operate, easy to maintain. Low-speed equipment, no noise.
F.Reduce labor intensity, to achieve the mechanization of production.
