Technical Characteristics
1.With its own cooling function, the used sand with temperature difference between dry and wet is fully stirred and mixed in the drum section, and the temperature and humidity of the used sand are more stable.
2.It has a higher rotation speed than the cooling drum, and the higher rotation speed can achieve better stirring and surface area of the old sand, so the cooling efficiency is higher.
3.Smooth and noiseless operation
4.Low energy consumption, the old sand relies on gravity and its own deflector to do tumbling movement in the drum, does not rely on the blower to suspend, and does not rely on the scraper to force scraping, and there is almost no wear.
5.The double-layer screen can play a better role in crushing, and does not increase the amount of core sand entering;
