There are double inclined surfaces with a depth of 6 mm on the inside of the box, which enhances the adhesion between the side of the sand box and the sand mold, preventing the box from lifting or sinking. The box’s structure provides the sand box with excellent rigidity.
There is a smooth slope on the side of the upper box to prevent molten iron from flowing onto it.
Box hook (hidden within the inner side of the box’s side, so molten iron does not flow onto the box hook).
